Terms and Conditions for Melbourne Mint Gold Giveaway

1. Competition Period
Entry will close on 18 September 2026.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to all individuals who are 18 years or older.
Entrants must be residing in Australia and have a valid Australian Residential Address.
Only one entry per person will be counted as an entry to the competition.
3. How to Enter
Entrants must complete online entry form.
4. Prize
The prize is a 500g Silver Cast Bar, two winners will receive one prize each.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash but can be sold back at the market price on the day of sale.
5. Winner Selection
The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
Two winners will be notified on Monday 21 September 2026 via the contact details used to complete form.
6. Verification
Proof of identification will be required to claim the prize.
Melbourne Mint Gold have the right to verify the eligibility of the winner, including confirming the winner’s age.
7. General Conditions
All standard GBA Group trading Terms and Conditions apply.
Melbourne Mint Gold reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms and conditions or who attempts to disrupt the competition.
Melbourne Mint Gold accepts no responsibility for any lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
8. Shipping and Collection
The winner may collect the prize from a Melbourne Mint Gold office on or after Monday 21 September 2026.
Shipping can be arranged at the winner’s expense.
9. Privacy
Personal information will not be shared with third parties without the entrant’s consent, except where required by law.
10. Modification and Termination
Melbourne Mint Gold reserves the right to modify or terminate this competition at any time if circumstances arise outside of its control.
